You'll need your Reservation ID, found in your confirmation email.
If you booked through Expedia, Booking.com, or Airbnb, you may also receive parts of this process directly in that platform's inbox.
By completing your reservation, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Sign in. Enter your reservation number (booking ID / confirmation code) to pull up your reservation.
2. Guest details. Full name, email, mobile phone, and country. Marketing opt-in is optional.
3. Registration agreement. Review and accept the property's Terms & Conditions.
4. Identity verification. Take a quick selfie and scan a valid photo ID. Can be skipped and completed on arrival.
5. Payment method. A valid card is held on file per our authorization policy (Term 22) to cover the stay and any additional charges.
6. Done. Access codes have been sent.
